- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately we had to have our dog to sleep yesterday. She has over the years had exceptional service from this branch and sketty. Yesterday was no exception we were seen by James who was so caring and kind with both us and holly. He took time to explain the procedure and he had a lovely caring manner. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪have been with st james vets for many years have only praise for them as they looked after my dog max who was suffering with urinal problems he was very ill but they were wounderfull they tried everything they could to prolong his life without pain witch I am greatfull for .sadly he had to be put to sleep they were so understanding and you could tell they were upset as well I am very greatfull to them a great practice at both neath and sketty .I now have a new dog and he is already registered with st james would not go any where else .by Pauline GMay 24, 2017
