- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was waiting at the pharmacy section for half an hour for my prescription. After two customers who gave their prescription in at the same time as me I then asked if mine was ready. Turns out it was the medication that was ready 15 minutes previous. As a fellow retailer I understand how hard it can be if the area is under staffed, however I expect and apology at the least and didn't receive any acknowledgement I had been waiting for longer than the expected waiting time (10 mins).
